Our design team will also return for the breakdown immediately after the event. The design service includes:

We work with your venue and vendors to ensure that all logistical aspects are coordinated and organized seamlessly on the day of the event. The coordination service includes:

  • Initial meeting to discuss event day needs
  • Meeting 4 weeks prior to event to view venue, review customized service needs and vendor list
  • Preparation of event agenda
  • Email & phone guidance - tips, vendor referrals, etc.
  • Phone & email confirmation with your vendors
  • Rehearsal attendance if applicable (i.e. – Sweet 16 dances)
  • Managing seamless and punctual execution of event agenda - grand entrance, speeches, dinner, entertainment, etc.
  • Leading games and activities for birthdays and showers
